Troy is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Texas, as well as the Texas Southern District Court of the United States.
Mr. Moore was raised locally in Cypress, Texas. He is a proud father of two young college students. Since beginning his career, he has focused on probate, estate planning, life insurance litigation, and trust property matters. Clients enjoy dynamic and effective legal services with a client first attitude — always.
He was an accomplished student while at South Texas College of Law. Mr. Moore received the highest grade award in Texas Pretrial Procedure, made the Dean’s List in 2001, and served as Editor in Chief and Associate Editor of the Corporate Counsel Review, a publication from South Texas College of Law.
